Crafted from fruit picked at optimal ripeness from multiple mature vineyards, Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvée 2016 is whole-bunch pressed and partially fermented in the finest French oak casks, giving the wine complexity, richness and elegance. Lees ageing for a minimum of 36 months enhances the character of the 2016 vintage, creating an excellent English sparkling wine which is best enjoyed with some delicious seafood.
